Meet us in the mountains of Mt Shasta to dedicate time to Free Up! The Divine Feminine is on the rise across our world and this retreat embraces her power. Our goal is to Free Up from our daily lives and our personal traumas while restoring our bodies, our minds and our Spirits!
Let’s Get Free is a women’s retreat focused on pleasure, embodiment, and liberation.
Curated by Falilah Aisha Bilal and a team of powerful indigenous and Black women.
Meet us November 4 - 8 at in Mount Shasta CA—11 acres of land with yurts, glamping, and tent camping just minutes from town.
Each day includes nourishing meals, one to two guided activities rooted in the divine feminine and sexual liberation (sound baths, kundalini yoga, self-pleasure exploration, hiking, and swimming), and time to rest and reconnect.

Who is this retreat for?
Women. All Women. The creators of this retreat are black and indigenous women and we unapologetically teach, love, heal and connect from this cultural perspective. Women who have experienced sexual trauma. Women who are dealing with a lack of sexual energy. Women who love being in community with other women. Women who believe or are struggling to believe in their right to stay present in their bodies to experience pleasure. Women who are sexually liberated and seek spaces to be Free.

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation, which can bring you relaxation, self-healing and elevation. It will balance body and mind, which will enable you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first experience!
Pleasure tents are private spaces dedicated and available during the retreat for women to enjoy the power of the Divine Feminine. Products included in the pleasure tents will be hand-picked for attendees by our sexual health and wellness coaches and product expert.
Sound Medicine: We will gather collectively and use different and specific sounds, intentional, and often, rhythmic, and resonant frequencies—such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, or chanting—to improve physical and mental health by inducing deep relaxation, reducing stress, and potentially influencing cellular activity.
Nature Journaling: What happens when you let nature guide your pen? From poetry to sketches, touching dirt and hugging trees opens your creative energy to the power of Mother Nature. Journaling is a proven mechanism for relaxation, processing emotions, and finding a peaceful state of mind. Combined with the beauty of Hestia Magic, you’ll gall in love with what you write and draw!
